It is as if you have brought your own house to the beach. It has been meticulously decorated and every need has been provided for. Really if comfort is luxury, this house is luxury.
The terraces are really wonderful: The first one is totally frontal to the sea and it is a joy to watch the sunrise or sunset from there. The second terrace is very large, there you can enjoy from a good meal as it has a dining room and a barbecue to sunbathing. We have sun loungers and you can watch TV from there.
The living room is very comfortable with leather furniture and a 55’ TV, there is also a dining room which is mostly used in winter. Accommodation prepared for remote work with 5G fibre-optic WiFi (600 Mbps symmetrical), allowing you to work smoothly with maximum stability.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher and all the utensils you can imagine.
There is a laundry area where there is another fridge for refreshments, a washing machine and dryer and a 220L electric boiler and a guest toilet.
The bedrooms are 3 and all have sea views, especially the master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom and superb views of Fuengirola Castle. In the hallway there is another bathroom. In all the bedrooms there are wardrobes and they are decorated super nice.
As facilities there is air conditioning and WI-FI.
This long-stay rental offers the possibility of reserving a private parking space for an additional cost, not included in the price of the accommodation. All our apartments offer, upon prior request, the possibility of providing a cot and high chair for the comfort of families.
