Built in 1975 and in excellent condition, the apartment is fully furnished and equipped, offering access to communal gardens and a swimming pool, a modern open-plan kitchen, high-quality appliances such as a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher, as well as all essential items to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment includes air conditioning, central hot water, television with cable and satellite channels, a hairdryer and bed linen and towels.
